Mountain Air is a podcast about outdoor people.
Whether guide, photographer, writer, film-maker, athlete or enthusiast, each episode focuses on a different individual with a unique tale to tell.
They each have one thing in common:
a love of places high, wild, and free.
Dan Aspel, host of Mountain Air
Dan has spent much of the past 13 years writing about, photographing, wandering across, sleeping on, and climbing up pieces of landscape. During that time he’s worked with print and online magazines, publishing houses, outdoor brands, and guiding companies, and produced many hundreds of articles featuring subtly different words arranged in slightly varying orders.
With Mountain Air he aims to celebrate some of the fascinating and inspiring people he’s met along the way, and hopefully the many more yet to come.
He always refers to himself in the third person.
